The mission of Tobacco Control of Elkhart (TCEC) is to create, within our community, the belief that tobacco use is physically and financially harmful, and therefore, socially unacceptable. Our goal is to prevent and reduce the use of all tobacco products in ElkhartCounty and protect our residents from exposure to secondhand or environmental tobacco smoke.
Hours of Operation
Monday : 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
